SHOOT DAY WORKFLOW

1. Access entry to home.

   1. If retrieving the key from lockbox, make sure to close lockbox and mix code. 

2. See if anyone is home.

3. Lock front door behind you.

   1. Lock door whenever you go to do exterior media

4. Pre-shoot Prep Walkthrough.

   1. See Pre-Shoot Checklist

5. Gear set up.

6. Perform services ordered.

7. Review & double check work. Ensure you’ve captured all areas and rooms per order. 

8. Leave everything as you found it.

   1. Put back anything you’ve stored away, or moved.

9. Turn off all lights.

   1. Sometimes we’ll leave a light on if the agent requests it. 

10. Lock up all exterior doors and slide doors.

11. Return key.
